1. Acceptance.
By using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you create or use a member account, you also confirm that you have authority to act for the organisation identified in your account. If you do not agree, do not use the members room.
2. Eligibility & accounts.
The members room is for adults acting in a professional capacity on behalf of a government body, business or institution. A verified business email is required. We may require additional evidence of identity, authority, end-user status, jurisdiction or purpose before approving access.
You must keep your password and sign-in method confidential, use only your own account, and notify us promptly of suspected compromise. Google and Apple sign-in are provided by those services; their separate terms also apply. Apple relay email addresses do not satisfy the business-email requirement.
3. Restricted material.
Access is discretionary, personal to the approved user and organisation, and may be limited by document, transaction, territory or time. You may not forward, publish, scrape, reproduce or disclose restricted material except as expressly authorised in writing.
Member access is not an export licence, import licence, brokering approval, sanctions clearance or authorisation to receive controlled technical data. Each user is responsible for complying with applicable export-control, sanctions, procurement, confidentiality and recordkeeping requirements. We may withhold, remove or suspend access where review is incomplete or legal, compliance or security considerations require it.
4. Acceptable use.
You must not attempt to bypass access controls; share credentials; test or exploit vulnerabilities without written permission; introduce malware; interfere with the site; misrepresent identity, organisation, end user or purpose; use the site unlawfully; or use information obtained here to facilitate a prohibited transaction.
We record authentication, approval and access events to protect restricted material, investigate misuse, meet legal obligations and maintain an audit trail.
5. No transaction formed.
Website content is general information only. It is not an offer, quotation, commitment, legal advice, export-control classification, financing approval or warranty of availability. No purchase, sale, brokerage, carriage, finance or other transaction is formed through the website. A transaction exists only under a separate written agreement signed by authorised representatives.
6. Ownership.
The website, branding, text and non-third-party materials are owned by or licensed to Bear Arms Defense Corporation. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, revocable right to use public content for internal evaluation and approved member content only for the purpose for which access was granted.
7. Availability, disclaimers & liability.
We take reasonable steps to maintain security and accuracy, but the website may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bear Arms Defense Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
8. Suspension & termination.
You may stop using the site at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, loss of professional eligibility, inaccurate information, inactivity, legal obligation or withdrawal of the underlying business purpose. Provisions concerning confidentiality, ownership, compliance, disclaimers and liability survive.
9. Governing law, changes & contact.
These terms are governed by California law, without displacing mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms when the service, law or risk changes. Material changes affecting members will be presented for renewed acceptance. Questions may be sent to contact@beararmsdefense.net or Bear Arms Defense Corporation, 8383 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 660, Beverly Hills, California 90211.
